Do both models come with the fore grip and iron sights?

The foregrip is included, the iron sights are not.

Yes this should be compatible with the Springfield XD mod.2 with suppressor height sights.

What is the difference between the two models for the XD, one says with m4 stock. I want to know which one is represented in the image.

The difference between the 2 models is the M4 stock. The item pictured is without the M4 stock. The M4 stock upgrade is the item from the following page:
