The FAB Defense NFR Carbine Length M16 Aluminum Quad Rail will not include a delta ring assembly. We do carry them separately, such as the Tiger Rock AR-15 Delta Ring Kit w/ Delta Ring, Snap Ring, Weld Spring & Barrel Nut, which can be found by using the link below:

The FAB Defense NFR Carbine Length M16 Aluminum Quad Rail is designed to fit carbine length gas systems using a D-Ring and fixed front sight/railed gas block. I would recommend emailing us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know your pistol brand and model so we can find a suitable handguard for your build.

Yes it will. The Ruger 556 has a proprietary delta ring which may make installation difficult and minor fitting may be required.
