can I used this for pumping a mossberg 500 with a Picatinny forgrip.

The FAB Defense Quick Release Tactical Foregrip is deesigned to fit on all 1913 Picatinny rails.

I purchased this for a springfield armory saint edge. There are no instructions for installation and I can't get it to slide on the rails. Please help
