The Faxon ARAK21 Upper is intended for use with any standard AR-15 lower receivers. It will not function with the ks47 lower.
The ARAK-21 upper receiver, like other standard AR upper receivers, will not work with the PSA KS47 lower receiver without modification of the upper receiver, bolt carrier, and bolt. The work is best done by a gunsmith or machinist.
