Will it also fit with the sig p365 Fuse

This compensator has not been tested with the P365 Fuse specifically, but should fit any barrel with 1/2x28 threads and will match the P365 series slides for width and height.

This compensator will require a barrel that has 1/2"x28TPI threads at the muzzle.

What is the length of this compensator . And how far would it go past the xmacro module with a p365 slide ?

The Faxon Firearms EXOS-525 Pistol Compensator measures 1.125" in overall length. Using an X-Macro module with a standard P365 slide, the compensator will protrude about 0.6" past the X-Macro module.

What barrel should pair with product??

The Faxon Firearms EXOS-525 Pistol Compensator will work with any 1/2x28 threaded P365/P365XL barrel. I would recommend using a Faxon barrel since this compensator is designed and produced by Faxon. True Precision would also be another great option.

The Faxon Firearms EXOS-525 Pistol Compensator for SIG P365/P365 XL requires a 1/2x28 threaded barrel.

What spring kit is recommended for shooting larger grain 9mm rounds through this comp?

You should first try using the compensator with your stock recoil system to see if it functions fine with the ammo type you primarily use. If you experience malfunctions due to the compensator, then I would recommend the DPM Upgraded Recoil Spring for the P365XL, found by using the link below:
