We don't do that in the United States. Perhaps consider moving to a more strictly communist country?
You should feel safer there. Like China or North Korea. They will be happy to control your guns for you.

This is listed as Rifle ammunition--can it be used in the Ruger 57 pistol?

The Ruger "57" is chambered for the 5.7X28mm round. So yes, I own one and it will chamber and fire any 5.57X28mm round.
