The Federal Premium Personal Defense .410 bore 4 Pellet Lead Buckshot Pistol Ammunition is designed to work in handguns such as the Judge. However, it would be used in a Mossberg Shockwave chambered in 410 but may not work as well.

EVERYTHING works better in a .410 shotgun (or even a Bond Derringer) than in a Judge/Governor.
Losing power through a revolver's cylinder gap, is aways a detriment, IMO, not worth the additional rounds.
Even the derringer gives you a second (full power) shot, and for self/home defense, hardly ever is more than one shot needed.
I also prefer the shotgun's pattern (about 4"-5" in #000 Buck) at S./H.D.'s range of 10-15 FEET. To me, an unarmed person more than 20 feet away, is a VICTIM - not an "assailant." And I am not a murderer. He can be warned off by an armed man, unless he's suicidal.
