Its actually slightly higher than 345lbs. I guess it depends on your firearm though honestly. Out of my XD Mod.2 9mm subcompact 3in barrel I averaged 368. I read on either Lucky Gunner or Ammo TOGO that they had registered 386lbs of energy at the muzzle out of a 3.1in barrel as well. However these seem to be in the same line as your short barrel Conceal Carry loads. Like Critical Defense and Winchester USA Ready Defense. They do penetrate deeper than a 124 HST but thats due to not expanding as much bit very close I'm assuming.

It is listed on the specs sheet as 364 ft-lbs
