Eventhough some people claim this is duty size pistol ammo I have tried some in my XD Mod.2 9mm subcompact and it eats it like Ron Swanson eats eggs and meat for breakfast. This is how they should have made the original Hydra Shock cartridge. it would be killer if they loaded it to +p. I would feel safe with this ammo in my pistol for wilderness carry too. I think it would work excellent for black bear atleast.
