I feel it is important to note this will NOT fit a side-charging FM-9. Also, the FM-9 uppers, both rear-charging and side-charging, have tabs that interlock. If you swap the handguard, it should fit but will have a small notch missing on the picatinny section where it meets the handguard. Should bot affect function but will ruin the monolithic appearance.
