Will this fit the ASR rifles made by TNW 10mm?

It will fit any picatinny rail. So if your ASR has a picatinny rail at the 6 o'clock position it will fit.

Is this an M-Lok style grip that would fit my Savage Arms MSR-10 Hunter?

It attaches via a picatinny rail, so if you attached a picatinny rail to the MLOK slots of your rifle it would work.

It will fit any picatinny rail. So if your Ruger 556 has a picatinny rail on the handguard at the 6 o'clock position it will fit.
