Will it work in a non FM 9mm bcg?

This is a standard AR-15 trigger, it will work with any AR-15 platform bolt carrier.

What is the weight of pull?

As it is still a mil-spec style trigger with separate springs and components the pull weight will be between 5 - 8 lbs. The benefit of this trigger over a standard mil-spec trigger is the polished and treated surfaces will aid in providing a consistent pull while removing some of the gritty feel typically associated with mil-spec triggers.
