You can run a .223/5.56 AR lower but you have to get either a mag adapter for Glock that fits in your mag well or you can get some EndoMag conversion inserts to put in gen2/3 Pmags. The only way to get LRBHO is to get FM products dedicated Glock lower.

You could use it with a ar-15 lower but you would need a magwell adaptor or endomag. Many say it's just as simple to get a dedicated ar-9 lower.
