Yes it should fit as the FN 15 1776 uses a mil-spec lower receiver. It is a complete upper, and should be ready for use out of the box.

this upper is not made to fit any fn scar 16 lower ,it's an ar-15 upper plain and simple ,but just happens to be the best on the market right now.will fit most ar-15 lowers with similar size take down pins .for the money this is as good as it gets
