Will it match with Aero M5 upper evenly on High Profile ?

As long as it is not an M5E1 (enhanced) upper this will match as they are both DPMS high profile patterned.

What wrench or tool does it come with or do you use to install the barrel nut?

This does not come with a tool, however you would just need a standard AR-15 armorer's wrench or barrel nut wrench.
