Are this boots water/oil/& slipped proof

Jungle boots have a vent at the bottom of the boot just above the the sole in order to expel water. There is no check valve so no they are not water proof. They allow water in as well as out.

modern made? spike protective sole

These are a modern made replica of the Vietnam jungle boots. The sole is steel shank reinforced and fairly thick, but is not technically spike protective.
