What is the difference between 120V and the 220V? Which to go with?

120V is the US version. 220V is the International version.

The 7L Tumbler can hold up to 1000 .223 cases. With cases, water and media the max weight cannot exceed 30lbs.

Lay it out on a towel let it air dry or you can put it in the oven on a baking sheet or use a brass dryer

The specs are the same, but the difference is 110V vs. 220V power. This model is 110V.
