What is the difference between 120V and the 220V? Which to go with?

120V is the US version. 220V is the International version.

How much breath should I put in the unit? Like half full or more? I use 9mm, 45 ACP, 308 win, 7.62x39mm, 300 win mag and 338 win mag

The 7L Tumbler can hold up to 1000 .223 cases. With cases, water and media the max weight cannot exceed 30lbs.

How do you dry the brass afterward so it doesn’t leave brass water spotted? Do you have to put in an oven?

Lay it out on a towel let it air dry or you can put it in the oven on a baking sheet or use a brass dryer

The 120V is U.S. markets and the 220 is for European markets

The specs are the same, but the difference is 110V vs. 220V power. This model is 110V.
