Yes. However your length of pull once fully extended will exceed the 13.5" threshold that the ATF doesn't like to see. It is possible to limit the extended length but installing a stop screw in the tube with a drill and a tap.

yes, but you must restrict the max opening by eliminating the last lock open by welding or plugging permanently or you will excede the 13.5 inch LOP

Yes - Installation of the Law Tactical Folding Stock Adapter does not change the geometry of the receiver extension/buffer tube, which is what this brace mounts on.
