The Geissele Super 42 Braided Wire Buffer Spring and Buffer Combo H2 and H3 model will work for all of those rifles. However, I recommend going with the H3 model if you will be switching between suppressed and unsuppressed.

get an adjustable gas block as well. do that first to tune the rifle us the heavier buffer when turning the gas down only takes you so far.. that said you shouldn't need more than an h2 for 55.6, .300 blk out using an adjustable gasblock you shouldn't need more than the h1. always start at the gas when tuning for a suppressor or any kind of tuning.
