I have just verified today that the ONLY difference between Geissele super 42 weights and mil-spec weights is that Geissele bevels the sharp edges resulting in .20 grams loss of weight. Standard weights fit inside the buffer just fine. I’m running one tungsten that came with it. Ordered this weight. And also put in one standard usgi tungsten weight from del ton. Other than the beveled edges the weights inside the super 42 buffer are within dimension spec of usgi buffer weights.

I’m going to say no, as the Geissele buffer weight shell is smaller in diameter than a stock weight to fit inside the their super 42 buffer spring.
