Will this tube extension work on a Benelli Nova/SN?

The GG&G Beretta 1301 Shotgun Magazine Tube Extension will not work on a Benelli Nova or Supernova. There is a GG&G Magazine Extension model for the Benelli Nova and Supernova but we do not currently have it available.

What's the pitch on the threads also are they square or trapezoidal threads?

The manufacturer doesn't state the thread pitch or type of threads of the GG&G Beretta 1301 Shotgun Magazine Tube Extension With Barrel Clamp. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for that information.

The GG&G Beretta 1301 Shotgun Magazine Tube Extension will allow for 2 additional rounds in the magazine tube.
