Will this work with the Mesa telescoping stock and adapter shotgun conversion kit?

Does the clip point face to the LEFT of the shotgun when looking at a target? Will this work with a wood stock?

Yes and yes. This loop will stick out from the non-ejection port side of your shotgun. You should already have a "stock bearing plate" between your receiver and your wooden stock. You will need to remove the plate when you install this single point sling attachment.
