These Ghost Firearms Upper Receiver, Pistol Lower Parts Kit, 5.56mm/.223 come with a BCG. The headspacing should be just fine but it is also a good idea to verify when assembling a firearm. However, the manufacturer does state that each upper is test fired to ensure proper functioning and cycling.
