No, the Ghost Firearms Elite Complete Upper Receiver, .300 Blackout will fit an AR15 Lower but you can not put a .308 upper on an AR15 Lower. AR10's are designed to shoot .308 and similar cartridges in a platform similar to an AR15, but are larger and do not have standard dimensions like the AR15. AR15's can be chambered in similar length cartridges such as 5.56, .223, .300 Blackout, 6.5 Grendel and a handful of others. AR10's are commonly chambered in cartridges such as .308 and 6.5 Creedmoor.
