The Ghost Firearms Elite 9x19 Para Upper Receiver will work with the BCG at the link below. The Ghost Firearms Elite 9x19 Para Upper Receiver will work with Glock magazines as long as you have a compatible lower.

is the barrel ramped so that it reaches closer to the top round in the magazine? I've had issues with feeding from a Glock mag in non-ramped barrels
