What is the gas block size and gas tube length.

yes , i enlarge port .080 , its best to cut port angle same as factory 5.56

Can you use a standard .556 mil-spec bolt carrier with this bolt?

Yes, .450 Bushmaster is meant to be used in a mil-spec AR-15 upper receiver which will only accept .223/5.56 carriers.
