No. The locking block used for a Polymer80 is a larger piece with the locking block and front rail system made into one whole piece. In fact I don’t know where else to get a Polymer80 locking block front rail system other than to buy a whole new Polymer80 kit. There is eBay but people are charging the price of a whole kit just for the locking block front rail system.
