Current production SPG43 slides are cut for the Shield RMS-C optic as well as the SIG RomeoZero. The first gen slides did not.

Yes all of our current SPG43 slides come with an optic cut that fits the Shield RMS-C and Sig RomeoZero. There is a G10 cover plate included to fill the cutout with an optic is not being used.

What rmr will fit this?

The MRDS that will fit this is the Shield RMS-C or the SIG RomeoZero. Other micro red dots may fit the footprint however the screw length would need to be shortened to accomodate the lower seated position. We only provide screws for the two aforementioned optics.

No, and it is not required. The Glock 43 does not utilize a channel liner like other Glocks.
