Our barrels have our own GGP barrel design, with it's own match grade rifling, slightly different from the Marksmen cut.

Yes, although we have not tested them in an RXM, we are being told from Ruger that generation 3 parts (including barrels) should fit just fine!

Why should this barrel only use factory ammo? I am guessing this isn't rated for +p or defense ammo?

That is correct, just like most match grade barrels, ours are for factory loaded standard ammunition only. Thanks!

Hello, unfortunately our Gen 3-4 barrel would not work on a Gen 5 but we do offer a Gen 5 specific barrel:

The Gen 5 model of the Grey Ghost Precision Match Glock 19 Threaded Pistol Barrel will work with a Gen 5 Glock 19. The Gen 3,4 model will not work.
