The Grey Ghost Precision Sig P320 Version 1 Slide Compact models are not compatible with the XCompact Grip Modules.

I’ve never used a GGP slide but I used sig compact slides successfully with subcompact and Xcompact grip modules for years. There may be a slight gap at the end of the dust cover but its negligible.
