No, these fit over the barrel to obscure part of the AR barrel length. As a result they will not fit on handgun barrels.

I second the first guys answer, while yes it can fit and lock up UPTO a certain point on a pistol threaded barrel it appears it won't be able to fully lock in place due to how flush a pistol threaded barrel sits on a pistol slide, HOWEVER if your barrel in your pistol has some room between the barrel and slide than this could work, it just need to have enough space as it would in a rifle platform. hope this helps
