If you have a Marlin 1895 45-70 with a threaded barrel then you will need a 458 caliber muzzle brake with 11/16x24 threads. The Guntec USA Gen 2 Steel Multi Port Compensators will not fit that rifle. The muzzle brake at the link below should work.
