Yes, you will need a attachment loop for the Guntec USA One Point Bungee Sling w/QD Snap Hook to work with a M&P15-22. I recommend using the MLOK sling attachment point at the first link below. Then use the existing sling loop and MLOK sling mount to mount the sling at the second link below.
