HAIX offers a warranty that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the date of delivery. If within the applicable warranty period the purchaser discovers any defects in material or workmanship in the purchased product, the purchaser shall notify HAIX in writing via email at service-hna@haix.com. If it is determined that the boots are covered under the one-year warranty, HAIX will repair or replace the boots at no charge. Purchaser must be able to provide dated proof of purchase to determine eligible warranty period.
