Does this come with the inserts or do I buy them separately?

The pouches are built into this version of the chest rig, the inserts are only for the Micro version of the rig which is customizable via Velcro.

What's the sizing like? Chest size etc....

I spoke with the manufacturer, they do not have specific measurements but they say it will fit up to a XXL shirt size comfortably. They also stated that they make the straps very long, so you could also cut them, adjust to fit, and then heat sing the ends again to give you more room if needed.
