Will this bipod fit to a mlok rail on my ar 15 ? . Will I have to get a mlok bipod rail mount adapter to make this product fit?

You would need an adapter as Harris bipods require a swivel stud to attach to. Here is a link to a compatible adapter:

The gun has to have that sling loop on the gas block to be able to work. It won't fit without the #14 adapter

i have 7mm Ruger rifle, does this fit and come with complete mounting accesorries?

This will work as long as your Ruger rifle has a sling swivel stud on the bottom of the forend of your stock.

It will attach to a standard sling swivel stud and it weighs 19 oz.
