NO, it will not work w/a USP 40 compact. The only alternative I'm aware of is RCM's 'HK STYLE USPC-T .40 CAL BARREL' in either '14.5X1MM' TPI _or_ '9/16-24 TPI' cap threads (suspect RCM cap, like H&K's, is extra cost). However, these compact RCM barrels will have no O-Ring to 'lock-up' the barrel for extra accuracy.

To the best of my knowledge, the only oem USP-C Tactical is in .45, so wrt an oem .40 Tactical threaded barrel the answer is 'No'. This barrel (MPN:226348) supersedes the prior MPN:207962 and is for the full=std size USP _and_ it's variants like the USP Match & USP Tactical. However, if you care to stray from OEM, there's Rim Country Mfg's RCM-GB-PB151 threaded barrel for the USP-C.
