The HERA Arms CQR47 Buttstock, CA-Version is designed for use with AK47's with a stamped receiver. From what information I could find the Polytech AKS 762 has a milled receiver, so it will most likely not work.

Mine definitely does have a stamped receiver. I know the difference. But it’s an aks. It’s not a standard stamped ak receiver. Had to have some gun smithing done to cut the stock block down and have the holes redrilled to fit correctly
