No, not without modification to the AXG grip & back-strap as the rear screw goes through the back-strap and threads into a tapped tab for the retaining screw that is part of the magwell. There also needs to be a rectangular slot in the bottom of the aluminum grip to interface with the same tab and there is a hole instead.
