These are recommended for 5.56 and .223.

I can tell u it will hold 29 556 to be safe. in most are lowers. 30 if it's a 223 29 for 110 grain 300aac I would not use it for subsonics ever. I would use it with ammo inc VMAX rounds in 300. or if use it with ur standard m193 or m855 but it swells and gets stuck. if that happens dump the mag from the bottom. if u can't well what can I say. its easier to grab then a 19 round. it does not have a full. it has a short and space saver. 224, I would not try anything like Beowulf. ferriochi 300 will work but u might have a stove pipe. best is the m855. or fed 62 grain 223.
