Does point of aim change with this new sight as compared to the stock front sight? Also, how durable is the fiber optic portion?

your POA/POI should be the same as they are factory heights. The litepipes are very durable but if something should happen we do have replacements.

Per Hi-Viz this "fits the Ruger LCR and LCRx in .38,.357 and 9mm caliber. It does not fit the LCR 22, 22 Mag and 327 Federal."
