I have a savage pre 1996 I think it’s 1994 could this recoil be made to work

Here are the measurements for the recoil pad, please ensure that your stock measurements are the same, you may need to get a Hogue grind to fit recoil pad.
Ground dimensions measured at base plate:
-Height 4.94"
-Width 1.73"
-Screw holes Center-to-Center 3.12"
-Center of top screw hole to top edge .75"
