Will these grips fit my Springfield 1911 A1 5inch barrel?

Yes, it can fit on a Springfield 1911 A1 but please know that it might require some slight stretching/modification as Springfield uses proprietary dimensions. Yes, you may need to heat the grip up to stretch it over the frame, some fitment maybe required.

will this fit on the Rock Island 2011 .45 ACP?

This item is designed only for standard, single-stack, 1911 frames and will not fit double stack models like the 2011.
