Does the listed weight include the mount?

Holosun states the Holosun HE403R Micro Red Dot Sight weighs 3.53oz but does not state if that weight includes that mount or not. I recommend contacting Holosun for that information.

Is this a dot only reticle ,it shows by the pic its a dot/circle combo.and the description claims amber , I'm confused
