Yes.. it has the same footprint as the Trijicon RMR
This optic is originally designed for mounting on handguns. It uses a modified Shield RMS mounting footprint. It will not mount on to a standard Shield RMS plate or milled slide. It needs it proprietary plate or milling footprint, however this proprietary footprint is still compatible with other Shield RMS footprint optics (hence being modified Shield footprint).
Finally, no it does not share a mounting footprint with the 507c. The 507c uses the Trijicon RMR footprint which is not compatible with the Shield RMS footprint.
Yes. Yes. Same as the RMR footprint. Be sure to ask whoever milled your slide on the length of screws. It’s not always the same as an RMR.
Same footprint as Trijicon RMR mounting platform. Will fit very well on a double stack pistol.
Yes. Rmr footprint
This is designed primarily as a pistol mounted optic. Most if not all of the Holosun optics like this share the same footprint which is the RMR footprint.
407, 507, 508, & 509 are all for pistols. 509 might require a rail but 407, 507, and 508 are same footprint. Also same footprint as Trijicon if looking for an optics plate.
Yes it can be mounted to a pistol. This shares the RMR footprint
Yes. The 507 and 508 both share the same footprint as the RMR. Any of those 3 should be able to mount to the same mount.
Yes, this optic can be mounted to a pistol and yes it has the same footprint as the 507c. In the picture, the optic is mounted to the included Picatinny/Weaver Rail mount which can be removed; this will allow you to mount the optic to a compatible slide cut or adapter plate.
