Green dot sights like the Holosun HE508T-GR-X2 Green Dot Sight generally cost more because they are brighter and stronger than red dot sights. The green dot sight is generally brighter can be seen better in daylight compared to red dots.

Simply because the green is more popular and people want them. There is no functional or electrical differences in the sight itself. Just a different color emitter.

Still doesn't really answer the question, so it is brighter so they raise the price. Is there a part that cost more to justify the price increase? Yes I understand they can charge whatever they want tho.
