Yes, Holosun says it will ship with an RMR baseplate adapter

Holosun has a Facebook video which answers this question. They stated that the 509T will come with a trijicon RMR adapter plate for mounting in the box as this uses their proprietary mounting system.

I just received mine and it did not come with any RMR adapter just the holosun proprietary mount.

No. It comes with a Glock MOS adapter plate, which does not fit a RMR cut. I am waiting for Holosun to release a RMR to 509T plate that, as of today 10/14/20, they have listed as “coming soon” on their website. MSRP is $47.05.

This does not directly answer your question, but C and H Precision makes an adapter plate specially for the Glock MOS. The V4 just came out. Probably the best adapter plate on the market. I ordered one the day I was notified my dot was shipping. You will have to drop an extra 50-65 bucks depending on where you buy. Worth a look.

Yes. However, the provided RMR adapter is quite thick and adds a lot of height. I would not recommend using it on a handgun, and it will likely not fit in holsters with the adapter.

Ignore my previous post about this NOT coming with an RMR plate.
I JUST (Friday, Aug 28, 2020, 5pm) spoke with someone at Holosun, and he informed me that when these do eventually ship, they WILL have an RMR adapter plate with them. I didn't ask about an MOS plate as that doesn't apply to me.
