Is there an exact co-witnesses mount for this Dot Sight? If so, what’s the order/model number?

The Holosun Elite 65 MOA Circle / 2 MOA Dot Reticle Green LED Dot Sight mounts to picatinny rails, so it could be mounted on a SCAR 17S. The Holosun Elite 65 MOA Circle / 2 MOA Dot Reticle Green LED Dot Sight won't have an issue with the recoil of the SCAR17S.

Will this keep zero on a 45-70 rifle ?

It should hold a zero on that rifle. It is rated for shotguns and rifles by Holosun.

Will this mount on the FNH SLP Mark 1 as that is not a pacitinny rail?

The mount is compatible with Weaver and Picatinny rails, so yes, it will work.
