The 407k is smaller in size, designed for micro-compacts. The CO model utilizes the RMR footprint, which is very easy to find adapters for. The K models use a unique footprint/mount. The 407CO has an 8 MOA open circle reticle. The 407K has a 6 MOA dot. The K also has a rear sight notch incorporated in the body of the sight.
