Does this model come with or without white light. One of the pics has a white light and another pic does not.

This model doesn’t come with a white light. It only had visible and infrared laser settings.

Does the IR Illuminator on the LE321 perform better than the LS321 or is it an identical design?

From what I’ve seen the only difference is the LE model has a titanium body and the LS is aluminum

does the IR laser and IR illuminator emit any glow when looking at the device with naked eye?

I would not recommend anyone look into the business end of the laser without the battery removed or at the very least with the switch in the "off" position. The unit does have very tiny LED indicators on the back that indicate when either IR laser or illuminator are fired.
